OraLactin
Microbiome
OraLactin stabilises and regenerates the oral microbiome.
OraLactin with triple action: probiotics, prebiotics and postbiotics.
OraLactin Probiotikacontain health-promoting live cultures of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria. OraLactin Probiotics are available as Kaupastillen with vitamin C or as Sachets, which are used regularly once a day to supplement dental care at home (preferably as a 30-day course). With each application, billions of symbiotic bacteria are supplied, which selectively inhibit pathogens via messenger substances (so-called bacteriocins) and strengthen the barrier function of the mucosal epithelium. They remove the substrate basis for problem germs and intensify the oral immune defence.
OraLactin Prebiotics in the OraLactin Zahncremeand Mundspülung are based on natural dietary fibres (e.g. arcaecia extracts) and amino acids (e.g. arginine), which stabilise healthy germs ("the good ones") in the oral cavity and promote their growth and metabolism. Prebiotics therefore play an important role in the regeneration of a healthy oral microbiome. Potassium nitrate supports the particularly important nitrate-reducing bacteria in the mouth, which counteract high blood pressure via the messenger substance nitric oxide that they produce.
OraLactin Postbiotics are perhaps the most important ingredients in OraLactin toothpaste and mouthwash, acting as signalling molecules to inhibit the growth and metabolism of pathobiotics and pathogens and thus continuously displace them in the oral microbiome.
Recommendations:
- OraLactin Toothpaste and mouthwash make an unprecedented, important additional contribution to the stabilisation and regeneration of a healthy oral microbiome.
Both also contain fluoride and liquid enamel and are recommended for daily dental care from the age of 3. There are no known contraindications. - OraLactin Probiotics can also be used continuously as a supplement to oral hygiene at home without any concerns. Contraindications exist only in patients with immunosuppression. The use of probiotics is particularly recommended for patients with an increased risk of caries, periodontitis or peri-implantitis as well as in preparation (hygiene phase) for PA therapy, such as directly after PZA, UPT, PA or peri-implantitis therapy.
