The sugar-free ApaCare anti-caries chewing gums contain xylitol, a tasty, naturally occurring sugar substitute (also known as birch sugar), which helps to reduce caries-causing bacteria in the oral cavity. Together with the enamel minerals calcium contained in ApaCare anti-caries chewing gums, it promotes the remineralisation and repair of damaged tooth enamel in the long term.
