HydroLine Key is a injectable bite registration material based on silicone – developed for the highest demands in bite recordings, registration fabrication, and bite fork technology.
Thanks to perfectly coordinated viscosity, the material can be applied in a controlled manner. It flows specifically and precisely around stumps, implant posts, registration aids, and other relevant structures, accurately capturing the relevant contours. The bite position remains in the habitual or centric position without interference.
The extremely short intraoral exposure time increases patient comfort. After curing, HydroLine Key impresses with a Shore-A hardness of 95 – extra hard, dimensionally stable, and immediately loadable. The material is easy to demold, cut, mill, and scan, making it ideal for both analogue (perfect repositioning on models) and digital workflows.
