Denture management with Click Implants

The new generation of implants goes Click.

The new generation of implants goes Click.

The name of the Click Implants was chosen because there is a kind of holding element integrated into the base of the denture, by means of which the denture is "clicked" onto the Click Implants under pre-tension against the mucous membrane. Dentures fixed using Click Implants remain stable even under conditions of advanced bone loss and will not shift while eating.

Annoying palate plates in the upper jaw can often be omitted.

Also, there will not permanently be food particles under the denture, which has to be removed only for brushing the teeth.

Cumdente Click Implants were developed for minimally invasive criteria, specifically for degenerated jawbones. Implantation of Cumdente Click Implants usually succeeds without extensive surgery. Click Implants can be combined with the existing (old) denture or implanted during the creation of a new one.

Laugh and bite with Click Implants as you used to

Conventional dentures are worn exclusively on the mucous membranes. During each bite, the salivary film between the denture and mucosa is squeezed out of the denture via the so-called "functional borders". If these are manufactured accurately, and if there are a sufficient alveolar ridge, high palate and a firm mucosa, then there is a slow continued flow of saliva from the edges. The denture attaches itself firmly for a while by suction, until the pressure decreases slowly due to saliva diffusing in via the edges.

The denture will then fall off unless the wearer bites again. Under mastication stress, a conventional denture integrates differently into the mucous membranes and moves. Accumulation of food particles under the denture is the result. In the long term, the bone is stressed adversely and thus degenerates. Conventional dentures must therefore be lined at regular intervals.
